yes, without idm its just show an "invalid request" text.

You may try wget to get more verbose information about DNS-resolving, http requests and http responses. Just run wget together with the file link (https://animetosho.org/filelink/...) in a console.
If needed, here is a list of sites which provide windows wget binaries:
