This seems to have English Subs for E12...

Most likely because this is a direct remux.
AT doesn't normally fetch remuxes, iso and BDMVs.

And here is the english dub because why not... (it actually does contain a few new lines and is 5.1)

PS: I still would like to know why it wasn't fetched... some similar files seem to be fetched and some not (all well below 10GB).
