The upload bot must have had a hiccup. (Or it was distracted by the same-named but different version in its queue [1], see bottom.)
First it uploaded too much (8.9 GB resulting download file), wrote wrong file size description (8.750 GB) instead of the correct (torrent) size of only 8.013 GB. Listed checksums consequently don't match, too.
Second if you crop the downloaded file to the correct size and check it via torrent there still remain some scattered incorrect pieces (~8%). Interestingly most of them match [1] (which is sadly corrupted too).

tl;dr Use this as template for torrenting, search a different file or hope it someone nice will fix it... ;)

File appears to be damaged. Lots of artifacts and screen freezing and skips. It is unwatchable.
