Strategically brilliant! The last ova (anglerfish) was short but great and made me want more. This one isn't and now I don't.

(It's a story extension. Watch after series for context.)

Does anyone know if there was an ova1 from AK-Subs? I only see an ova2 in the AT lists.

Found it! Here's a link to download AK-Sub's version of OVA1 (BD 1080p) AND -something else not at AnimeTosho yet from anyone else- BD eps 9 and 10, (1080p only). Also the rest of the BD episodes, all with AK-Subs original translation.

--AK website with lucky timing. Also got Girls und Panzer manga vols and a couple of other interesting looking manga projects. With their interest in other projects such as Uppote! Sora no Woto (a must see anime imho, with opening by Kalafina) and Sailor-fuku to Jūsensha as well as Girls und Panzer, I guess I would classify AK as a "Female-Fantasy-Military-Manga" group.
