It makes more sense that someone copied this to shit on iAHD rather than 'didn't care' but copy/pasted anyways.

It's about keeping new releases coming by everyone, it's not about iAHD. That's the reason for the rule. As for the reason some hate iAHD, it's probably their animal nature.
