First - bonkai has been gone for years so complaining does nothing.
Second - If he did what I suspect, that can be fixed using a header editor like MKVToolNix and a batch script, no need to remux.

I'll be honest by saying that I can't understand what you are saying as I no longer have the patience to decipher lots of people's comments.  If you dislike the naming scheme of a series, you should familiarize yourself with a free program called 'Bulk Renaming Utility'. I have used it for years to completely rename completely downloaded series.   For this you can run the series through it a few times. On the first renaming, you can have it delete the first 11 characters and the last 11 of each line. This would get rid of "[bonkai77]." and " [XXXXXXXX]" from every file. Remember that the period and blank spaces also count as a character thus 11 for both. I would hit rename. On the second time I'd get rid of all periods and replace them with a space.

This is just a simple example of how to use the program.

To leave a warning for others who could have similar problem, so they can get skip this and another release, for example.
