Tibb, is the HS rips out at the same time with TV broadcast (raw) or HS comes slower?

Episode 01 aired
on Sunday 20:30 JST on the AT-X station. While it was released on Monday 05:00 JST (this is based on the HS upload torrent time - I couldn't find the info on funi's website, it was probably released an half an hour earlier) on FUNimation to stream. So yes there is a delay between the live broadcast on Japanese television and with English translated video streams.
