interesting, on peejee when the link comes up if right click on it and say 'save link as' it goes, but when I just click on it like most places and wait the save box to come up, it just goes back to its home page, thanks regardless.

I don't really get it exactly but I had the same thing.... the page was just hanging.
But at some point (after I tried copying the link when I went to edit) I could go the download page. I don't know why ;/

What you could do is
instead of showing [ and ] in the name in the address bar it could be replaced with its hexi number (%5B and %5D respectively). You should be able download it now.
When I click on that link it redirects to: files/363551380/%5Bdeadfish%5D_jojo_no_kimyou_na_bouken_-_16_%5B720p%5D%5Baac%5D.mp4.html
But the actual link that is here on AT is: files/363551380/[deadfish]_jojo_no_kimyou_na_bouken_-_16_[720p][aac].mp4.html
