You often describe others here with words like 'retard', 'bitch' and 'd*ckhead' (or 'satanic' as you've just used). I consider these terms to be insulting.

As the "highest authority" here, I get to dictate what's acceptable here and can label insults to be a 'crime' (as well as what constitutes 'insulting'). Below the comment textbox, the last point in the list specifically lists out insults.
If you dislike this, you can easily protest by boycotting comments here - you are under no obligation to read or post comments after all.

At this point, I should also point out the threats you post, such as "we'll nuke you" or sending people to jail like above. I don't consider this to be a form of civil discussion, and ask you to refrain from posting those.
