Wetgirls bailed on doing any more episodes. They said it was because the show was cancelled after this (4th) episode. Ep5 and Ep6 have already been released.
It would have been shown more class if they had just said they didn't want to sub it anymore.

By what they said they meant that they were cancelling their coverage of the show.

I can see why they aren't continuing their subbing of the show... because it's not a good series. Almost every conflict has been solved by racing (even though you need special permission to do so), the action is very blah... the shooter barely shoots and the driver just holds on to the throttle and steers the jet ski, the races in the episodes could be longer to make it more suspenseful (Dragonball takes 1 fight and makes it last a month), men take up like 10% of the population, if they are high school girls why are they barely in school, and the uncensored parts of the series are kind of pointless and not worth it.

My understanding is that they were doing parody subs. I'm guessing they didn't find enough material to work with. Simple plots are hard to parody.

That being said, some people who didn't like the show may enjoy watching the 4 eps of this version.

Definitely parody subs.
My feeling is it got to the point that there wasn't anything left for their version of a parody; the sub-text they were bringing forth had ceased being sub-text, it was now all out in the open.
Sure, they could have been more crass than the official subs, but that it was a yuri ecchi anime was no longer in any way being concealed with the Japanese dialog and hence the official English subs.

That said, there is some pure gold in the WetGirls subs.
