Rounin student Aida Yurume has come to Tokyo in the hopes of getting into university. However, she finds out that the apartment she will be living in has only ever been occupied by other rounin students. Furthermore, none of its occupants had ever passed the entrance exams!

This does not bode well for Yurume's future...
