Konoe Touta is a former human who, when his life was hanging by a thread, was saved through being turned into a vampire by the centuries-old, true-blooded vampire Evangeline Athanasia Kitty McDowell, such a powerful and infamous dark sorceress that few who knew of her far-reaching name would not shudder in fear upon hearing it.

However, not all about the legendarily strong Evangeline, who now normally goes by the name of Yukihime, is fear and destruction, as she is one of the founders and the current leader of a self-protection society of non-human outcasts named UQ Holder.
