Nogizaka Haruka, a respected, well off high school girl, hides the fact that she is an obsessive anime otaku. Only her earnest friend, Ayase Yuuto, is aware of her potentially embarrassing hobby, and has so far kept it a secret. Continuing to help Haruka with her hobby, and furthering their relationship, Haruka finds it more and more difficult to cope the attention he has been getting from the other female students at school.
