As the Shiba siblings move into their second year of high school, students of their year get shifted around due to the establishment of a Magical Engineering department in First High. Meanwhile, some of the freshmen seem to be out to create trouble, both among themselves and with their seniors.

Note: The first episode received an early screening at a special event on March 31, 2024 at Shinjuku Wald 9 in Tokyo and 14 additional venues across Japan. The regular TV broadcast started on April 5, 2024.
