On their first day of high school shy klutz Nonomura Ayumi and taciturn Iizuka Tatsuki become lost on the immense campus of Kamizono Academy. An irresistible force of nature named Kageyama Torako accompanied by her quiet best friend Saotome Suzume appear in front of them. Led, sometimes pushed, by Torako, the girls and their classmates in class 1-6 work through problems of school, home and adolescence.
