Minky Momo travels to an island where she finds a land of children and gets tangled up in an absurd, no-holds-barred standoff against the world's nations. Has 'Dr Strangelove' references (contributed by Ben Ettinger).

Note: Although initially released as an OVA on 28.07.1985, it also received a theatrical screening as a double feature with Mahou no Tenshi Creamy Mami: Long Goodbye on 03.08.1985.
