In a future European city Mihai Mihaeroff, a former assassin; Badou Nails, a chain-smoking one-eyed mercenary; Fuyumine Naoto, a katana-wielding female orphan; and Heine Rammsteiner, a genetically altered albino gunman, ply their deadly trades on the streets and in the underground.
