This OVA features animated confession scenes for the four main heroines of the two games, Nemu, Kotori, Yume, and Otome, and came on a Blu-Ray included with the Platinum Edition of the D.C. I & II P.S.P. game, which ports the games Da Capo I and Da Capo II on Sony's PlayStation Portable console. Moreover an additional DVD with animated special content for the OVA was included in the set.
