A collection of short stories, ranging from soap opera (the Ami series) to fantasy (Rall series) to horror (Cream Lemon Dark) to parody (Pop Chaser). It does deal with a lot of heavy perversions ranging from S&M, male rape (by a bunch of females, that is), bondage, torture, yuri (lesbian love) and incest.

The current ordering collects all OVA series that bear the Cream Lemon brand under a single banner and was used for the first time in the 1993 LaserDisc-box release, later also re-used for the 2007 Complete Works DVD release and in the Past Story section of the official Cream Lemon homepage.
The original OVA series (fully named Bishoujo Anime: Cream Lemon), consists only of the first 16 episodes plus the Third Anniversary Special: Graduation Album (ep. 26), the non-adult restricted OVA Ami Image: Shiroi Kage (ep. 27) and the movie Tabidachi: Ami Shuushou (cataloged as ep. 39 in the LD and DVD boxes and in the Past Story section of the official website). Subsequently, a new series, Shin Cream Lemon (New Cream Lemon), followed with 9 OVAs (eps. 17-25), as well as the independent one-shot OVA Cream Lemon Special: Dark (ep. 38). After that, a different series, titled Ami Sore kara, was released with 4 OVAs (eps. 32-35) along with the Mangaka series (eps. 28-31) and, finally, two other independent OVAs, Aoi Sei: Angie & Rose (ep. 36) and Zoku Kuronekokan (ep.37). There are also four omnibus OVAs of selected stories that were also released independently between 1986 and 1992, Cream Lemon jr (an edited version with the sexual content removed) and Cream Lemon Kanzenban (a re-release of Cream Lemon jr by a different company) among the Cream Lemon related anime not included.
