A boy is walking in the street when a youth throws water over him and turns him into a frog. When he complains, a sorcerer explains that he hasn't learn the reversal spell yet and he sends him off to a magical world to find the princess Mimaru. The wretched frog discovers that he turns into a frog when wet and into a human when dry. He finds Mimaru who is cute, but not a whole lot of help.
