La serie è la trasposizione del conclusivo Volume XXII della omonima Light Novel.
La narrazione continua ininterrotta dagli eventi della serie precedente, con Kojou che, stabilizzati i Famigli di Za-Blood avuti dal Primo Progenitore, si prepara ad entrare nel Node per salvare Avrora.
Si interpone tuttavia la MAR, guidata da Radori Ren, sorella del direttore Shafrian, che gettata la maschera sul loro ruolo nella Guerra dei Signori, pretende che l'isola Itogami gli sia ceduta, con la minacia di scatenare una guerra con una antica fortezza volante dei Tenbu ed antiche armi biologiche.
Il governo giapponese sta intanto negoziando con la MAR ma in segreto ordina all'Organizzazione del Re Leone la distruzione del Keystone Gate per affondare l'isola Itogami e così chiudere il portale del Node.
Yukina viene quindi inviata in fondo al Keystone Gate per distruggere la pietra kagame, la chiave di volta spirituale dell'intera isola.
Ma mentre la ragazza esita ad usare la Sekkarou per completare la sua missione, sopraggiunge Kojou per impedirglielo.
È solo l'inizio della battaglia decisiva per il futuro dell'Impero dell'Alba di Kojou.

The series is the transposition of the final Volume XXII of the homonymous Light Novel.
The story continues uninterrupted from the events of the previous series, with Kojou who, stabilized the Familiars of Za-Blood had by the First Progenitor, prepares to enter the Node to save Avrora.
