First time customizing subtitles, if there are some bugs don't kill me. :(

Used the BD of reinforce as video.
Used horriblesubs for ep 1-10
Used moki subs    for ep 11

Resynced Subtitles with the bd of reinforce.
Added moki subs opening and ending subtitles to all videos.
Customized the font.

Note: Didn't bother with the namings of the episodes in the openings of the episodes anymore.
Because it was to difficult for me to change it properly.
