Il titolo giapponese significa "Addolorata ragazza fisicamente perfetta" oppure "I lamenti di un'altrimenti sana ragazza".
Negli OAV Hiroe chiama Mayaka Onee-chan (sorella) e Yayoi Okaa-san (mamma). Per adattarsi alla sensibilità di un pubblico occidentale e non rappresentare come incestuosa la relazione tra le tre, i traduttori della versione americana hanno inserito varie note per spiegare che le due donne sono solo una coinquilina e la padrona della pensione. (In effetti la cosa non viene mai chiarita e vari indizi lascerebbero pensare invece il contrario. Liberi di pensarla come volete.)

F3: Frantic, frustrated and females is a 5 volume manga series created by WanYan AGuDa published since1988.
This adaptation of OAV hentai of gender yuri was taken in three episodes in 1994.
The Japanese title means "Sorrowful girl physically perfect" or "The laments of an otherwise healthy girl".
In the OAV Hiroe calls Mayaka Onee-chan (sister) and Yayoi Okaa-san (mother). To adapt to the sensitivity of a Western audience and not to represent the relationship between the three as incestuous, the translators of the american version have added various notes to explain that the two women are just a housemate and the landlady. (In fact the thing is never clarified and various clues would leave instead the contrary. Free to think of it as you wish.)

[Episodi]
1°: Hiroe è depressa perché non è ancora mai riuscita a raggiungere un orgasmo. Mayaka cerca d'aiutarla come meglio può, ma senza apparenti risultati di sorta. Dopo aver provato  con una occultista ed uno scienziato folle provano ancora con l'ipnosi ma con risultati imprevisti.
Hiroe is depressed because she has never yet managed to reach an orgasm. Mayaka tries to help her as best she can, but without apparent results whatsoever. After trying with an occultist and a mad scientist, they try again with hypnosis but with unexpected results.

2°: Takami costringe Hiroe ad aiutarla per sedurre Mayaka. Quando Mayaka viene a conoscenza del fatto, sfida Takami ad una "gara sessuale" in cui la vincitrice sarà che riuscirà a far godere Hinoe. Purtroppo vengono interrotte da Yayoi la quale vorrà poi  unirsi al divertimento.
Takami forces Hiroe to help her to seduce Mayaka. When Mayaka becomes aware of the fact, he challenges Takami to a "sexual race" in which the winner will be able to make Hinoe enjoy. Unfortunately they are interrupted by Yayoi who will then join the fun.
