While I normally try to keep my opinions to myself, or subtley sneak them into the subs, I simply can't play that passive role for episode 11.
This is the episode where Ginko goes from being an intrusive bother to being an abusive maniupulator. She learns from the girls that both Noa and Yuu have had traumatic experiences with drowning, and that Noa wears a tube ring as a coping mechanism, to feel safe and secure. Not only does Ginko fetishize Noa to the point of treating her coping mechanism as a cute object, she becomes inspired to further manipulate the group. Fuyumi is the one character so far that's resisted Ginko's intrusion to a degree - but it changes when Ginko decideds to exploit her traits. Ignoring the potential for a relapse or panic attack, Ginko pretends to drown herself, knowing full well that Fuyumi's maternal instincts will kick in, forcing her to rescue Ginko, and ultimately treat her with love and care.
This is a despicable, no, a truly evil method of manipulating someone into liking you, and it further cements Pan de Peace as a tragedy, a show about how abusers will exploit other people to achieve their means, as demonstrated by Ginko's hostile takeover of Pan de Peace. Truly a sobering episode.
